At Bath & Body Works Australia, we aim for all our products to arrive in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of your delivery date — we’re here to help.
- Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Refunds or replacements are only available if:- An item is damaged, faulty, or
- You have received the wrong item, or
- An item is out of stock at the time of dispatch.
- Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered:
Contact us via email (cs@bathandbodyworks.com.au) or live chat within 14 days of delivery.- Include the following in your message:
- Your order number and full name in the subject line
- Photographs of the item(s) in question
- A brief description of the issue
- If stock is available, we may offer a replacement. For quality assurance, the item(s) must be returned to us for inspection before a resolution is provided.
Bath & Body Works Australia will cover all return shipping fees, unless otherwise stated.
Do not dispose of the damaged/faulty item until we’ve had a chance to assist you.

- Return Process
Returns for online orders must be completed via courier. Unfortunately, in-store returns for online purchases are not accepted.- Return steps:
- After your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label.
- Drop your parcel at your local post office.
- Pack the item(s) carefully – while original packaging isn’t required, protection during transit is your responsibility.
- Processing timelines:
- It may take up to 10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse.
- Once received, please allow 3 business days for us to inspect and process your return.

- Out of Stock or Cancelled Items
We do our best to fulfill every order, but sometimes stock availability may change after an order is placed.- If an item is cancelled:
- You will be notified via email with an explanation.
- Any payment already processed will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
- Reasons for cancellation may include:
- Item is no longer available or has been discontinued
- Pricing or technical errors during checkout
- Incomplete or invalid billing information

Once your order is submitted, it is processed immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled. If you need to make changes, contact us right away. While we will do our best to assist, changes are not guaranteed.

This Policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where goods are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation. Bath & Body Works Australia will fulfil its obligations under applicable consumer laws.

We may amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any purchases made following an update will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing the current Policy before making a purchase.
