If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item(s), you can simply send an email to our Customer Service team or utilise our live chat to request a return. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery date and we'll be happy to assist you.
The following information will be required when returning your goods:
- Your order number and full name as the subject of the email.
- Pictures of damaged/faulty/incorrect item(s) to be returned.
- Brief description of the situation.
- Our team will assess your order and provide a return label if applicable.
- Drop it off at your local post office.

- Do not dispose of the damaged/faulty item until we’ve had a chance to assist you.
- It may take up to 10 business days for your parcel to reach our warehouse.
- Returned items will be processed within 3 business days once received.
- Items do not need to be returned in original package, but please ensure the returning product(s) are packed with care to prevent it from being damaged in transit.
- All return shipping fees are covered by Bath and Body Works Australia unless stated otherwise.
- Not all damaged items are required to be returned. This will be determined by Bath & Body Works Australia's sole discretion.
