You can simply send an email to our Customer Service team to request a return.
The following information will be required when returning your goods:
- Add your full name and order number in the subject line of the email.
- Provide pictures of the damaged or faulty item(s) to be returned.
- Share a brief description of the situation.
- Our team will assess your order and respond with the return label attached.
- Print and place your shipping label on the parcel box.
- Drop it off at your local post office.

- It may take up to 10 business days for your parcel to reach our warehouse.
- Returned items will be processed within 3 business days once received.
- Ensure the returning product(s) are packed with care to prevent it from being damaged in transit.
- All return shipping fees are covered by Bath and Body Works Australia unless stated otherwise.
