Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to be reflected in your account. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). During peak periods, there may be a slight delay in processing your refund. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email update from our Customer Service team. When purchasing items as part of a Buy X Get X promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest priced item, then applied to each item proportionately. If you return any faulty/damaged items or the item is out of stock, your refund will be reduced to the discounted amount paid for each item. Any gifts with purchase (GWP) are exempt from the Buy X Get X promotion and if out of stock, is not eligible for a refund.
AfterPay Refunds:
Afterpay refunds generally start with your final payment and work backwards to earlier payments.
Full refunds
If the full amount of your order is to be refunded and agreed upon by all parties, any upcoming payments will be cancelled and earlier payments for the order will be refunded. All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Partial refunds
Any refund other than the full order amount is considered a partial refund. If you require a partial refund;
Afterpay will automatically update the shopper’s payment schedule by reducing the instalments or processing a refund back to the shopper’s card where required.
The refund is applied to the 4th instalment first, then the 3rd instalment and so on.
In some instances, we may need to manually refund your order. If this is required, we will request further information to help us refund you accordingly.
