Which delivery partner will be delivering my order?
It depends on your post code, if you live in a capital or metro area, it may be dispatched with either Australia Post or CouriersPlease, but if you live in a remote area, it will be dispatched with Australia Post only. If you would like to know more, please reach out to our Customer Service team and share your post code.
Can we choose who delivers our parcel?
Unfortunately, you are unable to choose as your post code will determine which delivery partner will deliver your order.
A flat rate of $9.95 will be charged for shipping & handling fees for orders valued under $120 or receive free shipping when you spend more than $120 (after discounts applied). Please note, we do not deliver to PO boxes.
