The Ideal Candidate:

Proactive and Solutions-Oriented: Approach challenges with a can-do attitude.

Leadership Experience: Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience managing or supervising a fast-paced, luxury, or premium customer service-focused business.

Business Acumen: Strong commercial and business sense is a must.

Brand Ambassador: Embody the ethos and values of the Bath & Body Works brand.

Positive and Engaging: We value our team culture, and our employees enjoy working together and supporting each other.

Retail KPIs: Familiarity with standard retail Key Performance Indicators is important.

Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
