We ask that you wait an additional 3 business days beyond your Expected Delivery Date to allow for any carrier delays. If your package still has not arrived, please call us at 1800-576-972 from Monday to Friday, 9:00am-9:00pm AEST or contact us via our live chat.
NOTE: Be sure to check around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbour or an Apartment Office Manager has accepted delivery on your behalf. Some carriers may also deliver packages to your mail box instead of your doorstep.
Didn't receive your order and the tracking status shows delivered?
We ask that you please allow one additional business day past the delivered scan as the carrier may have accidentally scanned the delivery too early.
