Assistant Store Manager – Melbourne Central

As a retail leader, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional in-store experience while driving commercial success. You’ll lead by example, coach and develop your team, maintain operational excellence, and ensure our stores consistently deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a high-performing retail team.

About You

Previous retail leadership experience (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar).

Passion for coaching and developing people.

Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

A customer-first mindset with a hands-on approach to retail.
